1. Asset list and quote
You send what you need and where it will be used, with your brand files. We turn that into a numbered asset list, ask about gaps, and send a written quote with revision rounds and a delivery date. Nothing starts until you accept it.
2. Style test
We draw a small sample: five or six icons, or one scene with a few icons beside it. This is where the rules get set: grid, stroke, corners, colors. Changing a rule now costs little; changing it after forty icons costs a lot.
3. The full set
With the style approved, we draw the rest in batches. You review each batch and mark changes in the revision rounds from the quote.
4. Files and handoff
We deliver the formats you asked for, named the way your team searches for them, plus a one-page guide to the rules so new icons can follow them.
